IT WILL ALL BE WORTH IT AT THE END (REFLECTION)

Being a high school student is really challenging. It was not easy to become a high school student. I am now a senior student. And during the past 3 years of my schooling, it was  never easy . You’ll be having millions of sweat and sacrifices upon entering the secondary level.

During the first quarter, I've learned so many things. I have learned so many good character traits in Values and at the same time in English. I’m referring to the story we’ve tackled. But I have some misunderstanding with the Math, Physics, and Chemistry. They are all connected in math. Me and Math subject didn’t like each other though. I really don’t know why math doesn’t like me. Hmm, I also learned new things in Music, Arts, PE, Health and CAT 1. In our ICT subject, I learned also on how to create, edit, post, etc. in my own blog. In Filipino, we have learned the characters and happenings in the novel entitled “El Filibusterismo” by Dr. Jose Rizal-our National Hero in the Phillippines.

“There is no elevator to success. You must take the stairs" as a saying goes. Those lessons we’ve tackled was not that easy . You just need the capital P-A-T-I-E-N-C-E. Yes. Be patient and never give up. This character trait will lead you to your success. There was also a time that I want to give up but God is so good. He never left. He is always here by my side to guide and support me. And also my family and friends as my inspiration. They are the reasons why I’m not giving up in life. Moving on, I’ll  make my past a basis for me to grow and to develop in the future.

SONA 2014 (A REACTION)

President Benigno Aquino III delivered his fifth State Of the Nation Address (SONA) at the Batangas Complex in Quezon City and discussed matters regarding the country's economy, education and so much more.

All of the funds, according to the president, went to the places they are
supposed to go. This SONA is the president's fifth, the second to the last,
and we are expecting him to discuss more about what is happening now---
impeachment complaints of DAP, territorial disputes, pork barrel scam,
energy problems and more.

He kept on talking all the improvement of our country. But me, as a
student, didn't see all the improvements. Yeah maybe there are some
improvement but we Filipinos know that some provinces or places here in
the Philippines has no improvement. We are just depending on ourselves.

He also said that our economy is currently improving. Why did he say so?
Some victims of typhoon said that they didn't get any Relief goods or help from
the government. Some farmers were disappointed also. Millions of coconuts
were destroyed because of this so called cocolisap. The government didn't
work for it immediately.

KALAMIDAD PAGHANDAAN
GUTOM AT MALNUTRISYON AGAPAN

Having a good health is very important. We can do more  work when you're a healthy person, of course you know that right? This is by having or eating healthy foods that gives nutrients, vitamins, etc. to our body.

Nutrition month. What comes to your mind when you hear this?

Every month of July, we are celebrating this so called Nutrition Month Celebration. The theme of these is "Kalamidad Paghandaan,Gutom at Malnutrisyon Agapan." It gets more exciting because of the different activities of the TLE Department. TLE department is the one who is facilitating in the said activies. There are also competitions about jingle composition , cooking (cookfest), poster making contest, etc. This is one of my favorite monthe because of this cool activities. This activities we're able to help students like us to develope or improve our skills or talents we have.

So we must take good care of ourselves.Remember, health is wealth. Stop eating unhealthy foods or junk food. This kind of food were not able to give us energy but it will lessen the energy that our body have.
